All items sold by PLAIN JEINe are genuine vintage or pre-owned pieces.

As each garment has had a previous life, minor signs of wear may be present. These are considered part of the item's character and are not defects.

Every piece is carefully inspected, and we aim to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, condition notes, and photographs.

Please review this information carefully before placing your order. Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing, so we recommend relying on the measurements provided rather than the size label.

If you have any questions before purchasing, we're happy to provide additional information or photographs.

As every item is unique, it cannot be replaced once sold.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING 

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

° France: 2–4 business days

° Europe: 2–7 business days

° International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES 

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

LOST, DELAYED & RETURNED PARCELS 

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned because it was unclaimed or an incorrect address was provided, additional shipping costs will apply to resend the order.

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item or an item with undisclosed damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

We will review your request and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

RETURNS

In accordance with European and French consumer law, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To exercise this right, please contact us within this 14-day period.

Returned items must be:

° Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

° In the same condition as received.

° Free from added stains, odours, or damage.

° Securely packaged for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

For customers outside the European Union, all sales are final unless otherwise required by local law.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
